By downloading or using Photo Video Cleaner ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

Photo Video Cleaner is a photo library cleanup tool that scans your device's photo library to identify duplicate, similar, blurry, and unnecessary photos and videos. The app helps you review and delete unwanted items to free up storage space.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

• Free tier: The app offers limited functionality for free, including scanning up to 500 photos and deleting up to 25 items per day.
• Premium subscriptions: Monthly ($5.99/month) and Yearly ($29.99/year) auto-renewable subscriptions unlock unlimited scanning and deletions. Both include a 3-day free trial.
• Lifetime purchase: A one-time purchase ($59.99) that unlocks all premium features permanently.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial period, if applicable).
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Management: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

3. Photo Deletion

When you delete photos through the app, they are moved to the Recently Deleted album in your Photos app, where they remain recoverable for approximately 30 days before being permanently removed by iOS. We are not responsible for any photos permanently deleted after this recovery period.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in identifying duplicates, similar photos, and blurry images, the detection algorithms may not be perfect. We recommend reviewing items before deleting them.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of photos or data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose of managing and cleaning up your personal photo library. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
